You Can Create Your Own SEL Program That Fits You Perfectly

We Can Help

There are many ways that we can partner with your school or community. We offer short and long-term options depending upon your needs and your community's readiness. We can help in assessing readiness, needs, existing strengths, and areas for improvement. In all of our engagements, we are committed to building capacity in local youth and existing community stakeholders to ensure sustainability regardless of the length of our engagement.

 How It Works

  1. Discover:  We learn about you and your goals, and help you think through what a youth and community led effort can look like with implications to impact and sustainability.

  2. Dream: We help you engage a broad range of community stakeholders to imagine and articulate what an ideal learning environment looks and feels like.

  3. Develop: Utilizing these articulations, we help your stakeholders develop metrics and a plan of action to assess and prioritize areas for improvement.

  4. Deploy: We help you identify funding to begin to implement holistic efforts that are appropriate for your communities context,, culturally sustaining, and socially just.

How To Know We’re A Good Fit

  1. You believe that engaging the whole person is important.

  2. You know that students and staff have been experiencing significant trauma and grief and yet you still have hope for healing and growth.

  3. You sense that trying something different is needed, and are open to including the voices of youth and community in innovating a solution.

  4. You believe in the importance of having a positive school or community culture.

  5. You are willing to engage in the process of research, action, and reflection.

If you resonate with those points, we are probably a good fit.
